Important Information for Teams
Minor Officials
For the Round Robin games, all teams will be required to supply the following minor officials:
Game Awards
Minor Officials will be asked to perform one additional service. For each game, there is a "Heart & Hustle" award, which is to go to the player from each team that best displays the following traits:
There is a Game MVP award for the medal games. Recipients will be chosen by members of the Tournament Committee. All players will be eligible to receive this award, including recipients of the Heart & Hustle award. Defining criteria of MVP awards will include:
Timeliness of Games
Due to the very dense schedule for this event, it is absolutely critical that every effort is made to keep the games on time. In accordance with the Ringette Alberta Technical Manual for Provincial Championships, teams must be ready to play 10 minutes before the scheduled game time. Any team that is not on the ice 2 minutes after the scheduled game time (as measured on the clock in that rink) will forfeit that game, which will be played as an exhibition.
Game sheets must be completed 20 minutes before the game start time.
Warm-ups will be 3 minutes long, and there will be a 1 minute break between periods.

- AWAY - Score Sheet, and Penalty Box
